Having been in Sydney for 6 months now, I've got a reasonable feel for the place. Having spent a decade in London, I've been wondering where I will spend the next 10 years. Or at least the next few years of the next 10 years.
Given my unhealthy excel fetish, I've mentally had the spreadsheet forming in my head. Cities down the side, categories along the top: lifestyle, weather, travel potential, job potential, visa requirements, media sophistication, social scenes, etc.
As I just wrote about on my more work related blog, (apologies for the BBC style cross promotion), Australia just added another factor to this, Internet Censorship.
